Neura is a beautiful village situated in the Tiswadi taluka of Goa. Village Panchayat was formed in 1986, Village Panchayat Neura consist for 7 ward members. Neura is a beautiful village situated in Taluka Tiswadi, District North Goa. It has the hilly areas as well as low lying areas including flat land surface. The geographical area is 104.9 hectares. It consists of two revenue villages, namely Neura-O-Grande and Neura-O-Pequeno. It is bounded by villages of Batim, Mandur, Agassaim and Goa Velha. It has some beautiful monuments of Churches, Temples, Chapels, namely, Shree Dhondeshwar Temple, Shree Mahalaxmi Temple, Shree Sateri Temple, St. John The Evangelist Church, The Milagres Chapel, The Saint Sebastian Chapel, and the Laudade Cross, which are well known in this vicinity.
